Had an amazing Christmas stay at a hotel in the heart of the city. Loved the free breakfast and comfortable rooms. the staff were really welcoming and the location was unbeatable as it was only a short walk to all the major tourist attractions. I also appreciated the free Wi-Fi and the option to have a drink at the bar after a long day of exploring.

Nice clean room , bright bathroom and great bed linen. Great location, free car parking
As long as they have the details of my credit card, I think it was rude of them to ask someone to check the minibar, although i was already asked about it. Wouldnt hurt them to be a little more friendly.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, as it was close to the University, Metro, and several restaurants. It was also conveniently located near the downtown area and the history museum, making it easy to explore the city. the room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed. the bathroom had all the necessary amenities, and the staff provided excellent service. the breakfast offered was decent, with options like fresh squeezed orange juice. the hotel had free wireless internet and a 24-hour bar.
There was one negative aspect that could be improved. the air conditioning in the room was not very effective, particularly during the hot summer months.

The hotel offers great value for money. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and spacious. I really liked the huge bed, it was so comfortable. The staff at the hotel are very friendly and service-oriented. They go above and beyond to make sure your stay is enjoyable. The location of the hotel is excellent, centrally located and within walking distance to key attractions and the metro. The restaurant at the hotel is also great, with a wide menu selection and an interesting wine list.
One negative aspect of my stay was the receptionist who regarded customers as a nuisance. She was unhelpful and didn't provide good customer service.

Central location, 10min walk from the Old town. Spacious and warm room, friendly receptionists.
No wifi in the rooms. No breakfast for the bargain-price, which does not make it such a bargain.

The textiles in the room a little bit "tired" .
